Waterside Cottages is not a function, event or party venue and we do not permit the hosting of any form of party even if the whole establishment has been booked by one group

We do not accept the delivery of surprise gifts/cakes/balloons etc. Nor do we allow external decor companies to come and decorate the room, setup picnics, dinner tables or cater

No person can operate any speakers, amplifiers, music from a vehicle or any musical instrument during their stay

Raucous and/or loud behaviour in not accepted

Only the number of guests booked to stay are permitted on the property, therefore no day visitors are permitted unless by arrangement with management

Certain other activities are permitted only by arrangement with management

We do not offer private viewings of the property, the images on this website are 100% accurate

Persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult
